IA East Picnic 2025
The IAE Picnic 2025 took place on June 6th. This annual tradition happens on the last Friday before finals, and everyone was excited for the festivities to begin. However, the picnic didn't start immediately. The time schedule was similar to the Olympic Day format. They had 45-minute classes until 11:00 AM, followed by the Junior Honor Ceremony, where each learning department nominated one or more junior students for recognition.
After the ceremony, everyone headed to lunch, and the picnic officially began around 12:30 PM. The event featured a variety of activities both indoors and outdoors, including numerous clubs hosting stalls with activities and items for sale. Some of the available activities included a Kona Ice truck, a petting zoo, a 90-foot-long inflatable obstacle course, trivia, bingo, board games, bracelet making, volleyball, badminton, food, ping pong, face painting, and much more!
It was a fantastic day with over 40 different activities to offer. Even though it sprinkled rain towards the end of the picnic, everyone had a great time. The picnic was a fantastic way to unwind and have fun before finals start on the 13th. We can’t wait for next year’s picnic!
